Borders to offer free WiFi starting next month (Newsday)

ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) — Bookseller Borders Group Inc . said Tuesday it signed a deal with Verizon Communications Inc . to supply free WiFi service in “virtually
all” of its more than 500 stores around the country. The service is expected to be available by mid-October. Borders shares slid 3 cents to close at $3.27.
